Ask HN: Education system structure in different countries

I am working on an app about listing colleges and universities all over the world. I found that there is different structure in different countries. eg. India : There are Universities . Universities has many affiliated colleges. Then there are autonomous institutes. There are polytechnic colleges which doesn't come under any universities. in USA : There are universities which has different schools/department which are mostly on same campus. UK has a bit similar structure to India but other European countries have structure similar to USA. There may be different structure in Africa , Australia, Arabic countries, South Asian countries etc. How can I find information about this ?
