      That's going to make a trademark claim difficult, since your service hasn't really entered the stream of commerce yet.

  Unless you're King.com with the money to trademark a word like "Candy" you're not going to have much luck against MS with a 4 letter dictionary word.

  There was also http://www.findsway.com/ http://www.findsway.com/ , the failed Tinder wannabe that was available on Android before Tinder. The exclusivity of popular iOS apps (mainly this...all those doods hooking up tho) somewhat contributed to my 5s purchase. I was using Sway just before it came out and would find something like 10 people with the maximum search radius and age range xD Anyways, I have since deleted my accounts and uninstalled both of these apps.
