Couldn't they do what IntelliJ does and spin off some threads to handle the work in the background ?
- jeffreyrogers 12y agoThe problem is really its architecture rather than its implementation. The only way to fix the performance aspects of Atom (slugishness, RAM and CPU usage) is to start over and redesign it from a perspective of performance.
