- subhro 12y agoVery well said!
- tptacek 12y agoI have no idea what this comparison is supposed to mean. Where does journalism come from? The Department of Journalism?
- tomp 12y agoIn London, it largely comes from university students interning for free, or desperate young graduates working free internships "to gain experience".
- infinity0 12y agoYeah, and the editors treat them like shit and put their own propaganda slants on their articles.
- VLM 12y agoIn the UK, most (admittedly not all) real journalism comes from mandatory government taxes paid to the BBC. You're looking at the private college equivalent of journalism here, not a free public uni.
- cbd1984 12y ago> most (admittedly not all) real journalism comes from mandatory government taxes paid to the BBC. Which doesn't influence the BBC at all. We know this because the BBC says it isn't influenced.
