For what it's worth, PayPal is embracing the shit out of BT acquisition - really see that as the north star for our merchant integration story. Everyone knows they know what they are doing and only want to help, they don't want to hinder/hobble/mess with it.
- zhengyi13 12y agoSo what you're saying is that they learned their lessons from the VeriSign Payment Services acquisition, and learned not to actively try to break things that work? (Yes, still very, very bitter about that. If you have a different perspective on that time/process, I would genuinely like to hear it.)
