This course https://www.edx.org/course/uc-berkeleyx/uc-berkeleyx-cs-191x-quantum-mechanics-1033 https://www.edx.org/course/uc-berkeleyx/uc-berkeleyx-cs-191x... is a really good introduction in my opinion. It starts with the qubit and works its way up to quantum fourier transform. That sounds a little scary but the course is really well done and you just need some basic understanding of matrices like how to multiply them to get started.
