I don't think our society has answered that yet. It's a relatively new phenomenon in our society and culture. Sharing/Pirating music and videos is so rampant, and it doesn't really "feel" wrong to those who do it, as if anything in digital media should be free to all. And when the government tries to address this, the public pushes back (SOPA, etc). So, is it OK? Maybe...
