I'm getting Logistics more often and haven't had any problems yet. It seems to be evolving fairly quickly - they now send me emails when a delivery has been signed for which they didn't do a few months ago. I hope that one-hour delivery windows (like DPD and a few others offer) will be the next step. I have asked a few Logistics drivers what the deal is and they seem to just be contracting with their own unbranded van, so mileage probably varies a lot.
