Maybe it's because I'm pretty much in the libertarian/anarchist spectrum, but I think that if what he's doing is legal, it's for the best that it's done openly.

Maybe it's because I'm pretty much in the libertarian/anarchist spectrum, but I think that if what he's doing is legal, it's for the best that it's done openly. The alternative to free markets isn't "no markets" or some flowery hippie ideal world. It's mafia and black/dark markets operating in complete or partial secrecy.
