WON"T SOMEONE PLEASE THINK OF THE STARTUPS!? ...etc. I see your point but few of the comments here are responsive to any of the legal issues, and indeed the EFF's briefs are not (IMHO) very responsive to NJ AG's legal arguments, offering some quite fallacious arguments in rebuttal.
