You are fully right that a good relationship is what makes you feel you exist and that life is worth it. Sometime you are lucky and find excellent relationship partners and sometimes it's so so. There is something you wrote in your text that caught my attention. What do you mean by feeling exploding inside ? Is this like a strong tension inside ? Like the opposite of depression ? Could it be a light form of bipolarity ?
