Agree, but there's a difference between renting out an investment property full-time, renting out a spare room, and renting your place while away vacation. The later two are what I define as "sharing economy", while the former is more of a business transaction. AirBnB and Uber facilitate both sharing and business type transactions, but the article seems to mixing these up to me in terms of the problem being expressed.
