We use our own product FeatureMap [https://www.featuremap.co https://www.featuremap.co] to define the scope and track the progress of, well, FeatureMap. :) It's more oriented towards Story Mapping than towards Kanban but you certainly can manage Scrum/Kanban boards with it.
