I think selling it would be more stressful than just keeping it running. Lots of buyers flake and lots of things could go wrong. Also, how much time do you really need to put into this project to keep it running? This is also a reason why I prefer working on PaaS's for solo projects.. For the most part I can do other things and not put too much mental effort towards it.
