We used Video Brewery (http://www.videobrewery.com http://www.videobrewery.com) to find an independent animator for our startup (https://www.konduto.com https://www.konduto.com). We found an excellent animator and contracted the voice-overs from Voices.com. The result was great and much cheaper than the companies we quoted.
