- We're a software-defined, API-first bank. We will own as much of the full-stack as we can. - We're focused on commercial and wholesale banking. Particularly allowing for things like programmatic creation of accounts, bulk ACH/Fedwire, getting account information and history via API call, OAuth for delegated access, FBO accounts, stored value, custodial accounts, and generally avoiding 30-year old legacy technology. We want to provide the financial tooling for financial technology companies and Silicon Valley more generally. - We're driving down costs, software over people, which is a durable advantage. We look to Amazon for inspiration. - You may be wondering, “Are you serious?” The answer is yes, we’re very serious. We are looking for full-stack UIE, security engineers, folks with risk, AML, and compliance backgrounds, and anyone with a lot of passion for the idea of remaking the entire infrastructure of a bank...who also happens to be an engineer.
