- roderic 12y agoAs a software contractor I also get interviewed and pass basically a normal engineering test/interview process. I don't consider myself an employee of any of my clients.
- arenaninja 12y agoIt seems to me that the relationship between Homejoy and their "contractors" is more akin to you being hired by a contracting company and carrying out the contracts, in which case you are an employee
