Another Note: Unlike best engineers in India, best doctors in India can not migrate to US. Because of the sheer population, Indian doctors see 4x more daily patients than their American counterparts perform far too many surgeries very likely to have seen more corner cases than American doctors. Indian doctors in average private hospitals are far more competent than average American doctors. It is good that American government is protecting jobs of American Doctors at the expense of public health by barring entry to Indian doctors.
