Looks like there's a good opportunity for medical tourism in India. Maybe it's a startup idea?

  There are companies which do this. One hospital I visited has a dedicated office for medical tourists (mostly Arabs). I have no idea how useful the office is, I just went in like an Indian. For lawsuit-related reasons, I'd avoid doing such a startup myself. The US is lawsuit happy - a purely India-based operation would have a competitive advantage over me.
