The article mentions that fans don't work when air temperature is higher than that of the skin(35C).
This actually is not correct as increased air flow facilitates evaporation (making sweating more effective).
- kijin 12y agoOnly if humidity is low enough. Otherwise, moisture from the air will condense on your skin (making sweating completely ineffective).
