On the other hand, we could imagine, given the kind of occupations we can dedicate ourselves to productively nowadays, that the "professionnal" and economic environments wouldn't be detrimental to the birth rate and the families. Basically, if you work not because you need it, but because you have something to contribute, you should be able to do that while raising a family at the same time. Ie. I think that citizen revenue would help greatly in this aspect.
