Can anyone recall if iOS goes GM / public release on the day of this? Or do we have to wait a week?
- mathieuh 12y agoiOS major versions are usually released soon after the actual phone is released, so still another week or two to wait.

- WildUtah 12y agoHistorically, the new iPhone becomes available on Friday a week and a half after the event and the new iOS is released for older phones at the same time.
- k-mcgrady 12y agoIt always goes GM immediately but only dev program members can get it. I think for the public the update has varied between phone launch day and a few days after the event.
