It's amazing the lengths people go to "explain" why a lot of people really like Apple's products, coming up with all sorts of fantastic reasons, all the while ignoring the most obvious one: Apple's customers like technology that don't come bundled with headaches. And, you know, as long as Apple's competition continue to explain away Apple's success, their competition will continue to come up short.
