Literally every NDA I've ever seen had a provision for pre-existing work. It'd be sort of nonsensical not to.
- josefresco 12y agoYou just need to prove your work was pre-existing, and also prove that what you learned in your meeting wasn't used in the further development. Basically it can get very sticky.
