Distributable SSB?

Let's say I've got a webapp, and I would like users to be able to have it as a desktop app. Chrome users have "Application Shortcuts", Mac users have Fluid, and windows/mac/linux have Mozilla Prism to accomplish this. However, I don't want the users to depend on external software. Has anyone seen a distributable, pre-configured Site Specific Browser? Let me know.
