The official one from the Ubuntu 12.04 LTS repo: qemu-system-i386 --version QEMU emulator version 1.0 (qemu-kvm-1.0), Copyright (c) 2003-2008 Fabrice Bellard Should i try to compile a current version without qemu-kvm patches?
