(As someone that eats lunch at restaurants most of my life, I avoid reading about kitchen hygiene. Laws and sausages, etc.) Edit: I didn't realize it, but I guess I am a typical example of cynical negativity. That alcoholic drinks are safe to drink is a feature, not a bug. And while not much of an oenophile, I do enjoy a glass of dry Spanish red. Just don't tell me about the sewage spoon.
