You can't prove a negative.
- spacemanmatt 12y agoThey should be obligated to testify to the truth under oath. It's not proof but gets their position into court records.
- tedunangst 12y agoAnd they will. The trial isn't over. Somebody will get on the stand, be sworn in, and then explain the actions he took to reveal the server's IP.
