Recruiting people for OSS Discussion forum project – counter point to Q&A sites

Hey, My name is Jason and I'm a big scala nut. I've been asked to help Skepti-Forum to produce some sort of a discussion tool that fits the specific problem domain. I can't see anything out of box that fits skepticism/information analysis (eg discussions without answers). I'm thinking something between a forum, stack overflow etc except there are no "answers" but only strong points in the discussion. This is the opposite of stack where a good question is one that has a definitive answer. The code will all be open source so this could become a discussion platform as a counterpoint to stack exchanges question/answer model. If you're into scala, we can probably convince the community to use scala/akka/play (I have lots of experience so can oversee the quality). Otherwise we can use node, ruby, or python to make the server code more accessible to contributors. Let me know if this sounds interesting - alayablue@hotmail.com
