  You mean this spec is violating the license of the software? I guess they won't be able to distribute that software anymore? Did you even read the start of that license? > Redistribution and use in source and binary forms, with or without modification, are permitted provided that the following conditions are met...

      That license only applies to the software. What happens when you have the license revoked? You can't use the software anymore.
