=> As long as the total fare is below the actual costs the law is not applicable.
It seems if Uber operates at a loss they are fine. ;-)
- _up 12y agoI think the drivers themself would have to operate at a loss. But they also have an exemption for ambulances. Maybe they can offer medical services for their clients. ;)
