I'll go first: 1. My family owns a 325 acre ranch in the San Joaquin Valley (outside of Bakersfield). We currently lease out the land to ranchers but we're considering selling it and purchasing some non-ag investment real estate. 2. One of my daughters (age 9.5) is very passionate about acting and has been taking classes for over a year. She recently signed with an agent in LA and I'm currently acting as her "manager", shuttling her to auditions, callbacks, etc.
