Just to put it into perspective, Amazon has 132,600 employees.
So if a full 25% of Amazon employees decided to be company men/women, that alone would account for all their sales.
- knodi123 12y agodoes that include the poorly paid peons working themselves to death in the warehouses that you're not allowed to even bring a smartphone into?
- g8gggu89 12y agoCan you cite this? Or is this just drivel?

Are the two cases that come to mind. (First link may not be Amazon, but appears to be representative of conditions in warehouses for the pickers and it links to plenty of other sources that ARE amazon)
- matrixagent 12y agoThis issue is so universally known by now that it's almost insulting for you to even question it as "drivel". - pessimizer 12y agoYou might expect someone to google amazon + warehouse before accusing people of talking "drivel," though.
- g8gggu89 12y agoOne might expect you to be able to differentiate between a question and an accusation.
- pessimizer 12y agoI'm accusing you of asking before googling.

- serve_yay 12y agoHmm, is that like saying Apple has XXX,000 employees because of their retail stores? (Technically true, which is actually not the best kind of true?)
- 72deluxe 12y agoYes. They have that many employees. I am not sure that the people running around Amazon's warehouses and doing marathon distances every day would be happy to buy the phone, however. But they do still count as employees.
- ntkachov 12y agoOnly about 11,000 on campus though. I'm sure most of their employees couldn't afford a fire phone.
