What happens if you are the only ones in the world that can do this? What if it is never built? What if the problems you are trying to solve get worse? How will that affect society in the future? What if you try working on it your whole life and your work inspires someone who changes the world after you are gone?
That is why you go on. Stopping would be ...unbearable.
- danelectro 12y agoThis is what I am always saying in relation to funding, even though I usually don't mention it directly. Any capitalist will profit from backing you through thick & thin. So much so that you need to choose your capitalist as carefully as they would choose you, or even more so. All the best.
