Ask HN: Server-side options for Swift, deploy to Android/Windows
Swift is changing quickly. There are services and libraries popping up for server side Swift development and for deployment to Android and Windows straight from the Apple dev chain.
What do you know of that offers these services based in Swift / Obj C? Please distinguish between server and cross-platform deployment.
