Thanks for the extra information. With only 1k users and many direct competitors you would probably find it hard to find a buyer. It's not the 400 hours you have invested that is the issue, it's the number of hours required to add the requested functionality. That same effort could be, in principle, applied to any of the competing platforms to increase their functionality. As learning experiences go, you learnt your lessons very cheaply.
