Right, which is why I believe the original title was more informative than the updated title. (Original title being: "Welcome to Paradise: inside the world of legalised prostitution", which I believe could have only been made more accurate to the story by adding "in Germany") IIRC, the reason for changing submission titles is to ensure clarity, and dissuade editorialization, however this submission was changed to a less clear title.
