Ask HN: Load Balance Across Multiple Appengine Project Instances

Has anyone heard of any methods for load balancing across multiple Google App Engine projects (not load balancing a single project with autoscaling)? Basically, there is a free tier for Google App Engine (GAE). GAE allows for 25 projects each with their own limits on this tier. So instead of moving to the paid tier, you would deploy multiple projects with all the same code to take advantage of this. Any ideas of how to load balance/share traffic across projects?
