Most devices in the US are UL listed, but I believe this mostly means they meet UL's in-house guidelines of safety rather than certifying all of the manufacture

Most devices in the US are UL listed, but I believe this mostly means they meet UL's in-house guidelines of safety rather than certifying all of the manufacturer claims.
