Pearson still selling old edition of Stroustrup in India

Pearson India's low-priced edition of Stroustrup's ‘The C++ Programming Language’ is still stuck in the 2000 even though it has been more than a year since the publication in the US of the 4th edition of the book which covers C++11. http://www.pearsoned.co.in/web/books/9788131705216_The-C-Programming-Language_Bjarne-Stroustrup.aspx While Pearson is free to pursue any policy it chooses, as a consumer and a programmer I still feel outraged by this shoddy treatment.
