Completely disagree. More data is needed about police abuse. If every single person in US starts believing strongly that police abuse has gone out of control, and if politicians can't pretend it doesn't exist anymore, then something will be done about it. Otherwise, everyone will keep pretending there are just "some bad apples" here and there, and it's not actually a systemic problem.
