If you still haven't heard from them at all, see if you can find the email or phone for the president or CEO. If that doesn't work, go public. It's dicey airing somebody's dirty laundry in public, so in the least I'd try to hold on to as many documented instances of your attempting to contact them as possible. Basically, ensure your ass is completely covered prior to going public.
