Neither do the people who are being harassed! Unfortunately, such people exist, and the policies are designed to address their actions and how they affect the people around them.
- facepalm 12y agoPeople who murder people exist, too, so why is there no "don't murder people" policy?
- prutschman 12y agoI can think of at least two reasons: 1) The judicial system already exists to deal with it 2) It has yet to come up repeatedly at conferences
