Ask HN: WebRTC with IPv6

I've wanted to experiment with WebRTC but have no interest in it if it's not true P2P and requires external servers to negotiate the connections. Is it possible for one browser to connect to another knowing only each other's IPv6 addresses? If so, is there a 'hello world' example out there for this?
