Let's imagine that Mexico suddenly became Russia's best buddy. How do you think the US would feel about that?
I don't have to like spheres of influence to believe there is some reality to them.
- TazeTSchnitzel 12y agoUkraine didn't "suddenly become the US's best buddy", you know. The country's been bitterly divided over whether to be pro-West (and largely pro-democracy by extension), or pro-Russian for more than two decades.
