I don't understand your point. I haven't used their app for years because there just wasn't any value in it (for me).

  Wait what? How can you take issue with anything Foursquare does then? They aren't taking your data without paying you if they aren't taking your data.

    I'm pretty sure this doesn't need to be said, but everyone is allowed to take issue with things that they are not directly involved in. It's part of how society works.
