- bellerocky 12y agoUnless you can afford a private school, I don't think San Francisco is a good place for kids. I take my daughter to the Exploratorium, the Palace of Fine Arts, and the San Francisco Zoo, and there's also a nice playground near the skating ring close to the new Target, but other than that I've always avoided the city. It's just not a kids kind a place.
