I never thought about it that way, and I agree. Speed limit should DEFINITELY be dynamic depending on weather conditions, location, time, traffic etc...
- greggman 12y agoSounds like an idea for a startup. Electronic Paper Remotely Updating Speed Limit Signs. Get a government contract to replace all the signs and PROFIT :D
