People universally discriminate based on beauty. Studies have shown that even babies do. It really sucks, but the answer is yes. Instagram discriminates. The real question is whether the discrimination is algorithmic. It seems entirely plausible that several users flagged her photo and that's why it was removed. Then she got disabled for spending half an hour flagging similar photos of people with attractive bodies. Since those photos weren't widely flagged, the system identified her behavior as abuse. Or it's possible that a human made the call. Either way, I suspect a human will see this soon and the error will be fixed (for this one blogger).
