And yes, this was a regulatory agency submitting this to the IT-bloody-U. Not even a telco.

- quink 12y agoNo, not them. Not as much as Internet.org and everyone associated with it and Facebook Zero and even Wikipedia Zero should be prosecuted with extreme prejudice. Not necessarily in a judicial court, but definitely crucified in the court of public opinion.
